Blonde is the hardest color to keep beautiful in the desert. Blonde hair color in Las Vegas at Vegas Hair Color means a blonde built safely with Olaplex, toned to suit you, and protected from the hard water that turns other blondes brassy. Highlights start at $125 and balayage at $150.
Photos first, please: for any color service we ask for photos before booking, so we can give you a thorough consultation. Front and back photos work best, showing your hair in its natural texture (not brushed straight or curled with hot tools), plus a photo of the look you want if you have one. Upload them on our Contact page or simply text them to (702) 449-8429.

Going Blonde Safely
- Olaplex in every lightener, with Bond Perfector (No.2) when needed, at no extra charge.
- Ammonia-free lightening whenever possible, with L’Oréal Professionnel Studio Blond.
- Lift in stages when needed. If your hair can’t safely reach the shade in one visit, Paul plans the steps with you.
- Toned to you. Dia demi-permanent color sets the final shade, from icy to golden, and adds shine.
“He’s slowly and SAFELY giving me the blonde I’ve always wanted.”
Brass-Free Blonde in Hard Water
Las Vegas tap water averages 280 ppm of hardness, well into the “very hard” range. Lightened hair soaks those minerals up, and that is the main reason Vegas blondes go yellow and orange between appointments. Before your color, we remove that residue with a Metal Detox treatment or vegan Malibu crystals, so the lightener lifts evenly and the toner lasts. At home, a water softener and a filtered shower head keep your blonde true. Our guide to brassy blonde explains the chemistry.
What Blonde Clients Say
Paul is amazing! He was so friendly and fun to talk to. He knew what questions to ask to make sure I got what I wanted, and explained each step in the process along with providing helpful info of ways to keep my color lasting longer. I LOVE how my hair turned out (gorgeous blonde) and I'm looking forward to my next trip to Vegas & appointment. I highly recommend Paul. Truly cares & listens to his clients.
Having had a LOT of bad experiences in the last few years, I finally asked a dear friend for her hair guy’s contact info and I’m SO happy I did! Since seeing Paul this last year, my hair not only looks and feels better, but he’s slowly and SAFELY giving me the blonde I’ve always wanted 🥰 Not to mention he’s a hell of a guy and I enjoy our chats immensely! With patience and persistence I have such healthier hair now😍 thank you SO much Paul! You are simply THE BEST!
Paul was absolutely amazing! I flew in from out of state and will definitely be flying back to see Paul again. He was able to correct a poor cut from another hair stylist without cutting off length. The color he added to my hair, blonde balayage, turned out stunning. My hair feels healthy and looks beautiful. The experience itself was relaxing as well as fun! Paul is easy to get along with and we talked and laughed the entire time I was there. I give him a 10 out of 10 and would recommend him to anyone!
Blonde Hair Color FAQ
How much does blonde hair color cost in Las Vegas?
It depends on the technique. Highlights are $125 for a medium set or $150+ for a full head, balayage runs $150 to $180+, full color starts at $120 and a retouch is $75. Going from dark to light, or correcting old blonde, is priced at your consultation. Olaplex is always included.
Can I go from dark hair to blonde in one appointment?
Sometimes, but not always. It depends on your starting color, any old color in your hair, and its condition. Paul will tell you honestly at your consultation; when it is safer, he builds your blonde over more than one visit.
How do I keep my blonde from turning brassy in Las Vegas?
Deal with the water. A water softener and a filtered shower head at home, a clarifying shampoo between visits, and a fresh toner when warmth creeps in. In the salon we remove mineral residue with Metal Detox or Malibu. See why blonde turns brassy in Vegas.
Which blonde technique is right for me?
Want brightness that grows out softly? Balayage. Want even, all-over brightness from near the root, or subtle sparkle? Highlights or babylights. Bring photos of the blonde you love and Paul will recommend the route.
